Choose a useful goal
Pick a contract that matches your current tools and island stage. Read its reward and completion requirements before gathering; progress comes from eligible completed actions, not menu previews.
Leaderboards cover Marks, Adventurer progress, total skills, island XP, achievements and Cooking. Updates are cached rather than instantaneous. Personal scores and co-op island progress are different tracks.
For a longer project, combine a daily goal with the next requirement in /island journal.
