Start an exchange

Send /trade <player>; they accept with /trade accept. You can be on different islands. Both players must be alive, in Survival, with an empty inventory cursor and trade requests enabled. Ignore settings can prevent requests.

Review both offers

  • Left-click a stack to offer it, or right-click to offer one item.
  • /trade offer <amount> offers a specific amount.
  • Items remain in your inventory until both players confirm the same offer.
  • Every change clears confirmations and starts a two-second review period.

Before the exchange completes, /trade cancel, closing the menu, teleporting or disconnecting cancels the session. Review the complete offer, not just the other player's chat message.

If an exchange reports a recovery problem, keep the receipt or message and contact staff. Repeated clicks are not a reason to start dropping replacement items on the ground.
